Hello! My name is Aki. I am a sophomore at UC Berkeley, intending to major in Educational Sciences. I am interested in leadership rooted in reflection, equity, and care for others. Through the LeaderShape Institute, I hope to better understand my values, grow in self-awareness, and learn to work thoughtfully across different perspectives. By engaging in self-assessment, simulations, and small group conversations, I aim to develop a community-centered vision and the confidence to make a meaningful impact. I see LeaderShape as an important step in my growth, helping me live my values and contribute positively to the communities I belong to.
