Ida Padikuor Na-Tei is a Ghanaian engineer, designer, and social entrepreneur pursuing a Master of Design in Emerging Technologies at UC Berkeley. She is the co-founder of CTN Technologies, an initiative that has trained thousands of young people, especially girls, in robotics, electronics, and emerging technologies across underserved communities. Ida’s work sits at the intersection of design, technology, and social impact. At the LeaderShape Institute, she hopes to strengthen her intercultural leadership, conflict resolution, and values-driven decision-making to better lead diverse teams at Berkeley and in her global community work.
